British Roots and Mass Production
The design of the T-26 tank was based on the British Vickers Mark E machine, the license for which the Soviet Union purchased in the early nineteen thirties. The first versions, such as the 1931 model, featured a twin-turret layout intended to support attacking infantry in trenches. The reliable chassis became the foundation for a huge number of specialized variants. Among the best known are the AT-1 artillery version and tank destroyer, or the flamethrower variant designated CHT-26, which spread terror among enemy infantry ranks.
A Unique Collection in 1:43 Scale
In this category, we will satisfy fans of early Soviet armored equipment. We offer high-quality models from the specialized Modimio brand, which stand out with a larger and detail-rich 1:43 format.
