The Ilyushin Il-62 is a four-engine jet aircraft that was developed by the Soviet design bureau Ilyushin in the 1960s. It was the first Soviet jet aircraft designed for long-distance passenger transport. The Il-62 was designed to carry up to 200 passengers over distances of up to 10,000 km.
