Boeing 747
The Boeing 747, often called the "Jumbo Jet", is a large four-engine airliner that was developed by Boeing in the 1960s. It was originally designed for long-distance transportation and a capacity of up to 660 passengers, but today it is often used for cargo transportation. The B747 was the world's first wide-body aircraft and remained the world's largest aircraft for more than 30 years. Several variants of this aircraft have been produced, including the original 747-100, 747-200, 747-300, 747-400 and the latest version, the 747-8. The Boeing 747 has become one of the most iconic and successful aircraft in aviation history, playing a key role in long-haul and international aviation.
