This model is part of the aviation snap-fit series produced by PPC Holland. It is supplied in flight configuration with a display stand. Snap-fit models are delivered unassembled in a few parts that are easily assembled by snapping them together, without the use of glue. In most cases, only the wings are detached.

Boeing 727

The Boeing 727 was a narrow-body jet airliner manufactured by Boeing from 1963 to 1984. The Boeing 727 pioneered many innovations in aviation. It was one of the first successful three-engine airliners, improving reliability and operational flexibility. It also featured rear-mounted jet engines, which allowed for operation from shorter runways. Thanks to its capacity and performance, it became a popular aircraft for short- and medium-haul routes. Production of the Boeing 727 ended in 1984, but its importance to the development of commercial aviation remains undeniable.
