Westland Gazelle
The Westland Gazelle is a light multi-role military helicopter designed and manufactured by the British company Westland Helicopters. It first flew in 1967 and has since been deployed in more than 20 countries. The helicopter is powered by two Rolls-Royce Gazelle turboshaft engines and has a crew of two. It is a very fast helicopter with a maximum speed of over 300 km/h and a range of over 670 km. The Westland Gazelle also has very good maneuverability and can fly at low altitudes. The Westland Gazelle can be equipped with various weapons and equipment, such as machine guns, rocket pods or optical and electronic sensors.
