Airbus A-220
The Airbus A-220 is a narrow-body airliner with a capacity of up to 160 passengers, originally developed by the Canadian company Bombardier. In 2018, Airbus acquired a 50.01% stake in the company and is currently the sole owner of the A-220 program. The aircraft is characterized by its modern design, low fuel consumption and long-range capability. Its dimensions and performance make it ideal for regional and short-haul flights. The A-220 has a choice of two engine versions - the Pratt & Whitney PW1500G and PW1900G. In 2021, a version of the A-220 with a longer range and larger fuel tank capacity was also announced. By the end of 2021, more than 180 A-220s had been delivered to customers around the world.
