Airbus A-220
The Airbus A-220 is a narrow-body airliner with a capacity of up to 160 passengers, originally developed by the Canadian company Bombardier. In 2018, Airbus acquired a 50.01% stake in this company and is currently the sole owner of the A-220 program. The aircraft is characterized by its modern design, low fuel consumption and the ability to fly long distances. Its size and performance make it ideal for regional and short-haul flights. The A-220 has a choice of two engine versions - the Pratt & Whitney PW1500G and PW1900G. A version of the A-220 with longer range and larger fuel capacity was also announced in 2021. By the end of 2021, more than 180 A-220s had been delivered to customers around the world.
