Airbus A-220
The Airbus A-220 is a narrow-body transport aircraft with a capacity of up to 160 passengers, originally developed by the Canadian company Bombardier. In 2018, Airbus acquired a 50.01% stake in the company and is currently the sole owner of the A-220 program. The aircraft is characterized by its modern design, low fuel consumption and ability to fly long distances. Its size and performance make it ideal for regional and short-haul flights. The A-220 has a choice of two engine versions - the Pratt & Whitney PW1500G and PW1900G. A longer-range version of the A-220 has also been announced for 2021 with a larger fuel tank capacity. By the end of 2021, more than 180 A-220s had been delivered to customers worldwide.
